Opening Hours
Our opening hours for appointments (walk-ins welcome) are:
Monday-Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm
Saturday: 8.30am – 11.30am
Appointments are available online, by phone or by walk in.
Urgent appointments are available each day for urgent care – these need to be requested by phone or walk in and talk to a nurse.
If appointment is not available online when you need, please phone the centre to organise an appointment to suit you better.
Appointments are set aside each day for emergency or walk in appointments. These appointments are limited.
Communication
Reception or Nursing team members can take messages or information on your behalf to your doctor. You will then be notified on how this matter will be best dealt with. This may require a telehealth or a face to face appointment.

Telehealth or Telephone Consultations
- To have a telehealth consultation you must be a current patient of the practice and must have been seen as a face to face consultation in the last 12 months.
- Telehealth is not suitable for all types of consultations.
- These appointments have fees that are the same as face to face consultations and are required to be paid on the day.
- The doctors cannot offer or provide telehealth consultations outside of these requirements.
